9/11, huh what?

Okay, so I am going to start off today's blogpost with the subject: 9/11

Call me insensitive, a bastard, a douche for that matter, but why are we suddenly remembering people who died 10 years ago? We don't go RIP victims who died 65 years ago and millions died in that time. I get the fact that we mourn for the firefighters who died trying to save them or a war veteran who died trying to protect Australia (because we live in Australia), but suddenly all of this crap because all of a sudden its been 10 years and therefore we should remember them? Psst. As if. You people wouldn't care if people died so why now...? Maybe I am being a little too insensitive but it really annoys me when people just pretend to care 10 years after it happened.

My last point is- how many people die in Africa everyday? People called me insensitive as they I said I do not care who died as long as no one that I know died, and guess what? Hundred fold died more in the past decade in Africa due to US and you know what? No one cares because they don't know them. My point being that at least pretend to care about other people too, or don't at all because really? It just seems as though you are just pretending to be good people :)

Starting off my day with a wake up call from surprisingly a different person and then fell asleep only to wake up again at 10 due to my proper wake up call :) Kind of got alerted by my friend's text and so I travelled to Chatswood only to see she wouldn't tell me the real reason so ended up listening to rants again :P Still a good way to spend an hour.

City hunter afterwords and Michael punched me giving me a different reason every now and then. Really, you can be a douche, even bigger than me :P
